Mellow Star variety. Plant after threat of frost, 12-18" apart in rows 24-36" apart. Harvest first peppers shortly after they reach full size to encourage a more productive plant. Store well at 45�F. Fruit is fully grown at about 3-4" with wrinkly, bright green skin. These peppers are delicious roasted or stir fried. If left on the plant, peppers will continue to ripen and turn red.
